Shipping policy

Order Processing Times
Our orders are processed typically within 2-4 business days.
During high volume seasonal times order processing can take 4-6 business days. 

Shipping Times
We ship from our TX warehouse located in the United States.
We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
Canada and Australia can purchase through Faire.

Orders shipping within the United States should arrive within 5-8 business days of being received by the shipping carrier.

Please note, during the seasonal period (Oct-Dec) shipping lead times will vary. We recommend checking the logistics carrier website for expected timeframes. 

Shipping Costs
Cost will vary depending on the size of your order and your shipping location.

Due to constant fluctuations in shipping costs orders will be shipped with the most economical carrier at time of shipping with either USPS, UPS or FedEX at our discretion. Orders will automatically be shipped with selected express carrier if express shipping is selected.

Wrong Address
Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We will not be held accountable for incorrect shipping address.
We will reship your order but you will be responsible for the cost to reship package. 
Any returned packages due to incorrect shipping address will be held for 72 hrs and you will be notified via email. If no reply within the 72 hrs we will consider the packages abandoned and we will refund the original cost of goods minus a 20% restocking fee.

Missing orLost Packages
Please understand that once a package has been handed over to shipping carrier we are no longer in control of your package, it is now their responsibility and Mixie Market WILL NOT be held accountable for missing or undelivered packages. You will need to file a claim with shipping carrier for any reimbursement of lost and missing goods. 

Local Pickup

Choose "Pickup in Store" at checkout and save on shipping!

Local Pickup is available Mon, Wed & Fri only, from 10am - 1pm.

After placing order we will send an email to schedule pickup.
Reply to email with what day and time you would like to pickup your order. 

Once order is fulfilled on our end you will receive a follow up email confirming your order is ready for pickup. Please pickup your items at your scheduled time. You will need to show us this email as proof of purchase upon pickup. If you plan to send someone else for your pickup please let us know in advance. They will need to provide this confirmation email before we release the goods on your behalf.
