Refund policy

Returns
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please Note: SALE items are a final sale and can not be returned.
For all other merchandise we will happily refund the full value of unused items in their original condition and packaging for the original purchase price minus the 3% processing fee charged by payment processor, all you have to do is pay the return shipping cost.

Damages and Other Issues
If your goods arrive damaged, defective, received the wrong items or are missing items upon delivery, please contact us at customerservice@mixiemarket.com within 3 business days to arrange a suitable remedy, such as return, exchange or refund.
For items that are missing from or defective in your order we will issue a refund (to the original form of payment) or store credit for the original sale price paid on the invoice for these items. We will no longer send replacements out.
We will gladly replace any incorrect items shipped by us to you at no charge.
We would never knowingly ship out damaged or defective goods to our customers.
Every once in awhile something can slip by us and we apologize for this inconvenience in advance.
Most commonly damages occur during shipping so please inspect your order upon receipt.
We all so will not be held accountable for any damages you inflicted on any Mixie Market products, replacements and or refunds will be denied because of this.

For merchandise damaged during shipping we will file a claim with the shipper on your behalf. 
Please let us know how many items were damaged.
We will need 3 photos:
1. Condition of shipping box
2. Open box with all it's contents including all packing material
3. All effected damaged merchandise.
Send the information above along with your name and order number to customerservice@mixiemarket.com.

As soon as you submit all the info needed to file claim, and claim is approved we will ship out your replacements. Please note that this can take some time for the shipper to handle claims especially during busy shipping seasons. We do our part as quickly as possible but we are at the mercy of the shipper to do their part. We do try to make this process as easy as possible and hope you understand? 
If you need these items replaced right away we suggest you place a new order and let us know that you will want a refund for the approved claim instead of replacement of product. If we are not informed of this change you will still receive the replacement products and it will be up to you to keep them or return them at your own expense.
Please keep damaged merchandise in its original shipping box along with any packing materials that were used at the location of shipping address on label for shipper inspection. In some cases shipper may request you to bring these damaged items to them for their inspection. This can take up to 10 days sometimes longer depending on who it was shipped with. Once inspected by shipper or a notification is sent by Mixie Market that damaged goods can be disposed of. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange or return. Items must be unused and in unopened and undamaged original packaging. We let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method or with store credit within 10 business days, minus the3% processing fee charged by payment processor. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@mixiemarket.com so that we can look into the delay.
If items are returned in any condition other than stated above the return will be denied. You will have 10 business days to make arrangements to have the items returned to you at your expense otherwise items will be considered abandoned.

Missing or Lost Packages
Please understand that once a package has been handed over to shipping carrier we are no longer in control of your package, it is now their responsibility and Mixie Market WILL NOT be held accountable for missing or undelivered packages. You will need to notify us immediately so we can file a claim on your behalf with shipping carrier for any reimbursement of lost and missing goods. 
In the event you have a lost or missing package we strongly suggest that you place a new order to replace these missing items if you are in dire need of them. Unfortunately we can not replace these items until a resolution has been made with the shipping carrier.
